The Democratic Alliance (DA) in Mpumalanga mourns the passing of Prince Andries Mbangwa Mahlangu, Chairperson of the Ndzundza Traditional Tribal Authority in Dr JS Moroka Municipality.
Mahlangu passed away on Saturday after being gunned down at his home in Weltevrede, Dr JS Moroka Municipality.
Mahlangu will be remembered for his dedication and great contribution to building a strong democracy for our country.
Mahlangu’s hopes for his people had always been the alleviation of poverty and unemployment and he aimed to ensure that no one was left behind.
He brought people closer, he welcomed all of us from all walks of life. His love for his people will remain his legacy.
The DA sends our heartfelt condolences to his family, friends and colleagues, and we wish them all the strength during this difficult time.
